Understanding All Minds

Understanding All Minds: A Workshop Series

Build Teams & Workplaces Where Every Mind Thrives

“Understanding All Minds” is an essential first step toward embracing and leveraging the strengths of every mind in the workplace.

Host a team workshop or join our learning cohorts for a powerful, interactive workshop series designed for professionals who want to better understand themselves—and others—in order to build stronger teams and optimized work flows.

We believe the future of work is rooted in authentic leadership and psychological safety—where leaders understand their own minds and are equipped to understand and support how other minds think, process, and communicate.  This knowledge helps leaders effectively lead teams, especially those that include neurodivergent colleagues with non-visible distinctions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and traumatic brain injuries.

Participants will leave with immediately applicable skills, enhanced leadership confidence, and tools for fostering neuroinclusive environments where every mind thrives.

💡What You’ll Learn

This engaging, hands-on series introduces foundational concepts of authentic leadership through the lens of cognitive diversity, offering both self-reflection and practical tools to build more neuroinclusive, high-performing teams.

Participants will:

  • Discover how their own minds work—both strengths and challenges in processing styles, executive functions, communication and social fluency
  • Understand what neurodivergence is, how it shows up in workplace dynamics, and develop the empathy and self-awareness needed to appreciate and work effectively with all types of minds
  • Learn to identify and address the root causes of workplace conflict that stem from cognitive differences, and respond with empathy to build trust, psychological safety, and belonging
  • Gain effective communication tools and workplace models—such as Universal Design and our CONVO model—to have effective conversations and communicate in a manner that captures the most minds
  • Rethink traditional approaches to hiring, interviews, team effectiveness, performance management and workplace accommodations

🧠 Why It Matters:

  • 1 in 5 people are neurodivergent—a non-visible trait.  Understanding how to work with all minds is no longer optional—it’s essential for innovation, retention, and performance in the modern workplace.
  • 53% of Gen Z self-identifies as neurodivergent—  Neuroinclusion is not a niche issue, it’s the new norm in your workplace.  Learn the essentials to attract, support, and retain the next generation of talent.
  • 80% of adults with autism are unemployed—  Become aware of biases and barriers that prevent autistic and neurodivergent individuals from being hired and supported effectively

  • People leaders, managers and supervisors
