Job Seekers: Join a cohort of neurodiverse colleagues and receive training and certification together in Principles of Insurance, job practice, business professional mindset and tools, interview preparation, and more.

Neurodiversity Inclusion Training

Employers: Join a network of insurance companies and agencies advancing neurodiversity inclusion and receiving training on inclusive practices for a diversity of minds in the workplace.

Hiring Program and Support

Job Seekers & Employers: Engage in a skills-based hiring and job matching process and receive 6 months support from our team to new hires and their managers.
