Testimonial

“Working with NeuroTalent Works allowed me and the hiring team to understand some of our own biases when we do interviews. Judging a candidate based solely on their ability to do a Q&A interview is clearly not indicative of whether they will be good at the job and NTW’s skills-based interviews allowed us to see that. We are grateful for the ability to continue to improve our hiring process to be more inclusive and get the best candidate for the job.

“In addition, we now have access to use the assessment tool for all of our interviews.”
